Our team prepares a comprehensive Detailed Project Report (DPR) that captures capital expenditure projections, revenue modelling, and regulatory pathways. Where financing is required, we facilitate Debt Syndication—structuring lender relationships, preparing credit memoranda, and negotiating term sheets on your behalf. Concurrently, we define the Medical Program: specialty mix, bed configuration, OT count, ICU capacity, and diagnostic service lines that will drive architectural and engineering decisions downstream.

Phase 2 – Design With the program locked, our multidisciplinary design team translates clinical requirements into buildable plans. This encompasses Architectural Design (space programming, patient-flow modelling, infection-control zoning), Structural and MEP Engineering, HVAC system design tailored to clinical environments (laminar-flow OTs, negative-pressure isolation rooms), Medical Gas Pipeline System (MGPS) engineering compliant with IS 11911 / HTM 02-01 standards, and a fully costed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for transparent procurement. For Greenfield projects, we oversee civil, structural, and finishing works from foundation to handover. Every build is governed by a single-point-of-contact project controller who reports weekly on cost, schedule, and risk.

Phase 4 – Commissioning A building is not a hospital until it is operationally ready.
